1. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only, to learn about the hotel, contact us, and request a booking. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to send spam, malware or unlawful content.

2. Bookings are requests until confirmed

Submitting the form on this site sends us a request. It is not a confirmed reservation and creates no contract until we confirm it with you directly (by phone or email) and any required deposit or guarantee is arranged. We may decline or be unable to fulfil a request.

3. Rates, availability, and errors

Room descriptions, rates and availability shown here are for general information and are subject to change without notice. Rates are in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes and fees unless stated. Prices shown on this site are approximate starting rates; the price for your stay is the one we confirm at booking. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant that content is complete, current or error-free, and we are not bound by obvious typographical or pricing errors.

Photographs are for illustration and may not depict the exact room you receive. All text, logos and images on this site are owned by us or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
